COVID-19 Notice

We have taken necessary steps to keep our clients, dedicated team members, associates and communities safe, while still ensuring the quality service that you have come to expect from Cofty Law, PC. We intend to continue to provide the comprehensive legal services that meet your needs during these uncertain times.

For the safety of our clients, team members, and community, and in consideration of guidance from federal, state, and local government, as well as the State Bar of Texas, effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020, our offices will be accessible by appointment only to address emergencies which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will continue to work remotely, utilizing technology to provide face-to-face meetings, telephone conferences, document preparation, mediation and litigation services as we shelter in place for the safety of all. Please email or call and leave a voicemail message and we will return your communication as quickly as possible.

Currently, all courts in Williamson and Travis Counties are hearing only limited, urgent matters and each court has set forth strict requirements and mandatory safety protocols. If you have an emergency that requires court intervention, we will contact the appropriate court, personally, on your behalf for judicial guidance. We will continue to monitor this evolving situation very closely and will provide updates and resources to you as they become available.

We thank you for your continued trust and confidence and assure you that we remain committed to helping our clients. We understand that it is in the most challenging times when people need us the most, and we want you to know that, with God’s help, we will navigate this current situation together.

Sincerely,

Patricia M. Cofty and the Cofty Law Team
